MetaQuotes Software Corp. announced integration of its MetaTrader 5 platform to Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX). The integration allows financial institutions that are members of the exchange, to offer the MetaTrader 5 cutting edge and powerful trading platform in an attempt to significantly enhance the trading technology for traders and meet all their needs.

MetaQuotes Software expansion into the Pakistani market is not limited to MetaTrader 5 certification by PMEX. To strengthen its positions in the region and server the needs of local clients, the company has established its new representative office in Lahore - METAPK. The new office objectives include customer technical support and the promotion of the entire product line of the MetaTrader technology.

MQL4 language has been included into TIOBE Programming Community Index for December 2014. This is a monthly indicator of the popularity of programming languages prepared by the Netherlands-based company TIOBE Software BV since 2001.

This is an important event for the automated trading, as entering the reputable and independent TIOBE rating proves that the MQL4 language for developing trading strategies is popular among developers from around the world.

The MetaTrader 5 trading platform continues its expansion in the fast growing markets. In mid-October, one of the Thailand brokers Apple Wealth officially launched the terminal in demo mode on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). MetaQuotes Software Corp. introduced its first agent in South Africa - Derivative System Technologies. 

The new representative office is responsible for the promotion of MetaTrader platforms and TeamWox business management system in South Africa. The joint effort of MetaQuotes Software and Derivative System Technologies is aimed at strengthening their presence in this region and expanding the geography of sales. Potential customers of Derivative System Technologies are local banks and brokers. The new partner's priority plans target integration of MetaTrader 5 with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange JSE and other African exchanges.

British Forex Trader Magazine has appeared in MetaTrader Market. Thus, any MetaTrader platform user can now download up to eight different financial publications from the Market.

The archive of Forex Trader Magazine contains 6 issues from October 2013. This bi-monthly magazine is intended mainly for currency traders and spread betters. It will be of interest both for novice and experienced traders.

MetaTrader Market was officially released in February 2012. The store of trading applications has come a long way since then. Initially the Market was introduced in MetaTrader 5.
